Morning time with Blu and Regis

Both Blu and Regis love to hangout in the bathroom while I get ready for work. I just happened to catch this photo with my iphone! Actually Blu is patiently waiting for me to leave because everyday before work he gets a kong full of peanut butter.

Blu before bed time

When it's getting late and we're watching t.v., Blu makes his way over to this spot. I think he likes the cool slate after a playful evening. He gets as close to the wall as he can. Isn't he cute? Sorry for the poor quality, these were taken with my iphone and very bad lighting.

Blu Goes to Work

It's been a long time...sorry about that for who ever reads this out there! Anyways, Blu came to work with me a few weeks ago. Here he is checking out Toby, my boss's dog!

South Haven, Round 2

We visited South Haven over the weekend. It was very relaxing, just what we needed. We took Blu along with us and he had a blast. Here are a few pics and video of him on the trip! Regis stayed home to hold down the fort! haha

EARTHQUAKE!

Blu knew something was going to happen this morning. He tried to wake us up at 5 am. It's very unusual for him to get up that early. He acted like he wanted us out of bed, I kept dozing off until I felt what I though was Blu scratching while leaning up against the bed. I thought that was weird because the bed was really shaking, then it occurred to me that it was an earthquake!

It's amazing that animals have a natural instinct that warns them of a possible natural disasters. Thanks for the warning Blu!

Happy Birthday to Blu!

Yes, I did it! Call me crazy, but I baked Blu his own Birthday cake! Hey I could have gone to the Dog Bakery to spend way to much money on a cake. Well actually, I did go there, but I didn't buy anything crazy. $1.50 for one tiny little cupcake??? No way. I did buy some icing for $1. This cake was made from the heart! Full of carrots, peanut butter and even applesauce and best of all, Blu loved it!

I can't believe Blu is one year (and also 73 lbs)! Happy Birthday Blu!
